Who We Are
Centaurus Luxury Living is a premium property management and hospitality service owned and operated by Ishtiaq Ali. We specialise in high-end, short-term residential stays within The Centaurus, Islamabad — one of Pakistan's most iconic mixed-use developments.
Our business currently manages a curated portfolio of 10 luxury apartments, each selected and prepared to deliver a genuine five-star experience. We combine the prestige of a world-class address with the warmth and attentiveness of personal, professional management.
Legally Authorised
Every apartment in our portfolio is operated under a formal, written lease agreement with the respective unit owner. These agreements explicitly grant us the legal right to host guests on a daily or nightly basis.
For example, our agreement for Apartment 1903 specifically authorises short-term guest hosting — giving our guests complete peace of mind that their stay is fully above-board and legally compliant.
