This includes your National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport number (for identity verification at building entry) and your phone number or contact details (so we can reach you about your reservation).

Your original physical National ID Card or Passport is inspected in person by the Centaurus building lobby or security team at the time of check-in. The lobby team may retain a photocopy as part of the building's security records. We provide your identification details to the building's entry team solely to satisfy this requirement.

Your phone number is used exclusively to contact you regarding your booking. We do not use your contact number for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties, advertisers, or external organisations. The only exception is providing your ID details to The Centaurus building security team as required for entry.

We retain your booking and contact details only for as long as necessary to fulfil your reservation and comply with legal obligations. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your personal information.
