Terms & Conditions

Please read the following policies carefully before completing your booking with Centaurus Luxury Living.

By booking with Centaurus Luxury Living, guests agree to the following rules and policies. These terms exist to ensure a safe, respectful, and exceptional experience for every guest and resident of The Centaurus.

Booking & Identification

All guests must present a Physical Original National ID Card or Passport at the time of check-in for building security and lobby entry.
Digital copies or photos of identification are not accepted.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

Property Rules

Illegal activities, loud parties, or behaviour that disturbs other residents are strictly prohibited.
Visitors are allowed only between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. No overnight visitors are permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at any time before check-in, we will provide a direct and full refund of your payment immediately.
No Refund After Check-in: Once a guest has checked into the apartment, no refunds are provided for unused nights or early departures.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) within 7 business days.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
The deposit is returned in full at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
